TeemDrop is committed to providing you with a safe and fair trading platform. To support this commitment, we have formulated this User Agreement and other relevant policies to specify the complete terms and conditions for your access to and use of our website and services, and to explain our expectations and protective measures for users. These terms supersede any previous written or oral agreements on the same subject.

You must read and fully understand all the terms, especially the disclaimers or limitations of liability clauses, the applicable law clauses, and the dispute resolution clauses. If you choose to use the services provided by TeemDrop (including all information, data, and products on this website and application), you agree to accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and statements specified on the TeemDrop website or therein. By registering on our website or making a purchase from us, you are using our "Services" and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, including other terms, conditions, and policies referenced by hyperlinks. These terms of use apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to visitors, suppliers, users, merchants, or content providers. Before accessing or using our website and application, please read these terms of use carefully. You agree to comply with these terms of use when accessing or using any part of our website and application. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, you may not be able to access the website or application or use any of the services. If these terms of use are regarded as an offer, your acceptance is explicitly limited to these terms of use.

Any new features or tools added to the current website and application should also be subject to the User Agreement. You can view the latest version of the User Agreement on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of the agreement by posting updates or changes on the website. You are responsible for regularly checking this page for changes, and TeemDrop will notify you of any revisions to the terms by email or through announcements on our website. If you continue to use the TeemDrop services and application or access our website after any changes are posted, it means you accept any changes.

Given that this agreement and other supplementary agreements are available in multiple language versions, in case of any divergence in the understanding or interpretation of the terms of this agreement, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail and bear a relatively greater proportion of legal effect. By registering a TeemDrop account (as defined in Part Three) or any TeemDrop service (as defined below), you, as a TeemDrop user, voluntarily agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). If you do not agree to this agreement or any of its terms and conditions, you should immediately stop the registration process.

Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement between you and TeemDrop cannot fully enumerate and cover all the rights and obligations between you and TeemDrop, and the existing agreement cannot fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, TeemDrop's legal statements, privacy policies, rules, dispute resolution policies, etc. should be regarded as supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use TeemDrop services, it means you agree to the above supplementary agreements.

I. Definitions

We: refers to TeemDrop,TeemDrop Company,TeemDrop Platform,TeemDrop Website, etc.
TeemDrop Services, Services: refers to the services provided by TeemDrop to you through the website, email, and Internet-based platforms (including new service forms that may emerge based on technological development in the future).
TeemDrop Rules: refers to all the rules announced by TeemDrop through the website, email, etc., including but not limited to these terms of use, dispute policies, applicable laws, disclaimers, etc.
TeemDrop User, User, You: refers to a natural person, legal person, or other unincorporated organization that has legally registered through TeemDrop and agrees to all the terms of this agreement and other supplementary agreements.
TeemDrop Account: refers to the account legally registered by a TeemDrop user through TeemDrop.
Singular: The singular includes the plural, and vice versa.
Device: refers to a mobile phone, PC, or other device used to access TeemDrop.
Personal Information: information required for registering on TeemDrop, browsing TeemDrop, or using TeemDrop services, as well as the personal information generated.
Service Provider: a third-party company or individual that provides services on behalf of TeemDrop Company.
Third-Party Service Provider,TeemDrop Partner: refers to a natural person, legal person, or unincorporated organization other than TeemDrop Company that provides software or sells goods.
Usage Data: data automatically generated when browsing web pages or using services.

II. General Provisions

You confirm that before you start registering with TeemDrop or using TeemDrop services, you have the capacity for civil conduct required by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws (or the capacity for civil conduct required by your country, either one is acceptable). Otherwise, you should immediately terminate the registration or stop using TeemDrop.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and policies when using this website and accessing TeemDrop or TeemDrop services.
You have carefully read and agreed to TeemDrop's privacy policy, which stipulates the protection and use of the personal information collected and stored by TeemDrop and its affiliated companies. You agree to accept all the terms of the privacy policy and agree that TeemDrop may access, use, disclose, and share your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
All the content, materials, and information you obtain from the TeemDrop website are only for the purposes permitted by the TeemDrop website. You shall not use the above items for any other purpose not explicitly permitted by TeemDrop or for any illegal purpose.
You can access the content, products, or services provided by third-party websites through hyperlinks (text links, banners, channels, or forms), APIs, or other means. Before using such websites, please read the terms or privacy policies of these websites. You should understand that TeemDrop Company neither controls such third-party websites nor monitors such other websites. Therefore, TeemDrop shall not be liable for any other content, products, or services provided on such websites.
You shall not take any action that may damage the computer systems or network vulnerabilities of TeemDrop Company, or any action that may authorize access to such computer systems or networks.
You shall not exploit the vulnerabilities of TeemDrop Company's feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for your own account through a third party or a secondary user ID, or leaving unvalidated feedback for other users.
You should confirm that the titles and index keywords specified in the terms of this agreement are only for helping you understand the topics expressed in the agreement and shall not affect or limit the meaning and interpretation of the agreement. You should carefully read the specific provisions in the agreement to protect your own rights and interests.
TeemDrop Company and users are independent contractors, and no term in this agreement shall be construed as establishing any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisee-franchisor relationship with the other party.
If any term of the agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule, or other provision, such term shall be deleted, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure to exercise or the delay in exercising any right under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right by TeemDrop Company.
TeemDrop Company reserves the right to transfer this agreement (including all rights, benefits, obligations, and liabilities in the agreement) to any individual or entity (including any affiliated company of TeemDrop Company). You shall not transfer the whole or any part of this agreement to any individual or entity.
Any benefits you provide, such as goods, cash, cash equivalents, factory services, tourism, etc., whose value obviously exceeds the normal business negotiation scope provided by TeemDrop and/or its affiliated companies and consultants, may be regarded as commercial bribery. In such a case, TeemDrop employees may immediately terminate all cooperation with you, resulting in liquidated damages and/or compensation to you. These amounts are calculated based on the losses suffered by TeemDrop due to your bribery and business activities.
Before placing an order on TeemDrop, you are obliged to carefully read the product details on TeemDrop and make a judgment based on your own risk tolerance. The important risks of dropshipping are as follows:
(1) The quality, safety, health, environmental protection, labeling, and other standards or technical specifications of the origin (mainly China) of certain dropshipping products may be different from, inconsistent with, or even in conflict with the standards of your country. Therefore, you must identify and bear the relevant risks.
(2) Some products are directly purchased from China and may not have labels in the language of your country.
(3) Some dropshipping products do not infringe the relevant intellectual property rights of the People's Republic of China. However, due to the regional nature of intellectual property rights, they may infringe the relevant intellectual property rights of your country. You must identify this by yourself and waive the right to claim compensation from the court.
Due to the limitations of factory production, product trends, and peak seasons, the processing time and procurement cycle of certain products on TeemDrop may be long. In such a case, the TeemDrop agent will refund the payment or take other appropriate actions after mutual agreement, and then actively negotiate with you.

III. TeemDrop Account

You confirm that before starting to register with TeemDrop and use TeemDrop services, you have the capacity for civil conduct required by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws (or the capacity for civil conduct required by your country/region). Either one is sufficient.
After successful registration, you are expected to generate an account. The account belongs to you, and most of your rights are specified in our internal agreement for using this account. Without our consent, your account is only for your own use, and the information or control of your account shall not be transferred, assigned, borrowed, sold, authorized, or leased to a third party, or jointly controlled and used by a third party.
When registering or using a TeemDrop account, you should provide necessary information, including but not limited to username, name, email, country, contact information, shipping address, bank account, etc. You must ensure that the information you fill in and provide is true, accurate, and complete. Otherwise, the account may be restricted or terminated. You shall be responsible for any liability or loss caused by providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
After registering your account, TeemDrop has the right to decide whether to provide you with services based on the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide, as well as whether it meets other conditions of the agreement. During the use of the account, you should promptly update any changes to the information you provide.
The account may be compatible with other websites or applications operated by TeemDrop and our affiliated companies, or third-party platforms of our partners, etc. When using your account to log in and use certain services, in addition to the provisions of this agreement, you should also comply with the relevant service agreements.
The account password is for protecting your own safety. You are responsible for keeping the information of the account, including the account username and password. Otherwise, you shall bear all the legal responsibilities for any matters arising therefrom. You shall not share or allow others to use your account, ID, or password. Any logged activity of your account will be regarded as your own operation, and the record data generated by the operation is valid evidence of your behavior.
TeemDrop will encrypt your password and take other security measures to ensure the security of your information and prevent it from being lost, damaged, or changed. However, please note that although we have made our best efforts, no security measure is perfect or infallible. Please protect your personal information carefully and do not provide it to others unless necessary.
If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially the username and password, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.
If you find any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other violation of user account security, you should immediately notify TeemDrop. However, you fully understand that TeemDrop needs a reasonable amount of time to take action in response to any of your requests, and any action taken by TeemDrop at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences. In addition, TeemDrop shall not be liable for any liability.
You agree that all activities under your account (including but not limited to publishing any company or product information, clicking to accept any other agreement or rule, subscribing to or paying for any service, sending emails or text messages through the account email) will be regarded as authorized by you.
You should acknowledge that the use of your account by multiple users other than your business events ("multiple uses") may cause irreparable damage to TeemDrop or other users. TeemDrop will not make any compensation for any losses or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) caused by your multiple uses; if your multiple uses cause losses to TeemDrop or other users, TeemDrop has the right to claim compensation and unilaterally suspend or terminate your account without assuming any liability.
You should acknowledge that TeemDrop has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to claim compensation from you if your behavior has a damaging impact on TeemDrop, including but not limited to: a. publishing untrue statements on TeemDrop or other platforms or websites; b. publicly disputing with relevant third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal without consulting TeemDrop.
Your personal information and account information will be stored and encrypted by TeemDrop under your authorization. For details, please refer to the personal policy.
You agree to allow TeemDrop to send, display, promote, or send information (commercial and non-commercial information) to you in accordance with laws, regulations, and TeemDrop or third-party advertisers when using our services. If you are not interested in receiving relevant types of advertisements or proactive notifications, you can configure the relevant settings to turn on/off or reduce the display of relevant types of advertisements or proactive notifications.
The payment methods supported by TeemDrop include TeemDrop Wallet, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, etc.
According to TeemDrop's analysis and experience, if TeemDrop believes that there is abnormal activity in your account, TeemDrop may take security measures, such as restricting login.
If you engage in any form of verbal or written abuse (including insults or retaliatory threats) against any TeemDrop user, TeemDrop employee, or TeemDrop member, your account will be immediately terminated.

IV. TeemDrop Services

We focus on dropshipping, and our main user groups are suppliers on Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon. These suppliers focus on marketing, while we are engaged in product procurement, order processing, and transportation. We are committed to meeting the needs of users and maintaining a high level of competitiveness. To this day, we continue to provide high-level services. In addition to dropshipping, TeemDrop also provides the following services (please refer to the latest version of the service scope published on TeemDrop).

Products:
The TeemDrop mall has various types of goods and corresponding information, including product attributes, descriptions, inventory, prices, etc. TeemDrop reserves the right to change the product information on TeemDrop at any time, such as changing product descriptions, attributes, inventory quantities, prices, and other information. The product information is subject to the real-time information displayed on the TeemDrop website. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Procurement Service:
You can submit a product procurement request to TeemDrop by providing relevant pictures, product links, etc. TeemDrop will find the specific product for you within a certain period (usually 2 working days). You acknowledge and agree that due to the inaccurate or incomplete product information you provide, the procurement results of TeemDrop may be different from your specific requirements. The specific product information and conditions are subject to the product description you order.
Order Processing:
(1) Order Synchronization: The order information from your authorized store will be synchronized to TeemDrop.
(2) CSV Order Upload: You can download the template on the TeemDrop website and upload the order through an EXCEL document to place an order.
(3) Manual Order: You can place an order manually on TeemDrop.
(4) Order Splitting: According to the actual shipping needs, you can split one order into multiple shipping orders.
(5) Order Combination: You can combine multiple orders into one shipping order.
(6) Automatic Invoice: After the payment is successful, TeemDrop will automatically generate an invoice.
Store Management Service:
TeemDrop provides store transfer services, store management, and sub-accounts to meet the management needs of multiple users. You can set up sub-accounts on the TeemDrop platform to manage multiple stores as a whole.
(1) One-Click Listing: You can publish TeemDrop products to your authorized store. You are obliged to update the product information in the store in a timely manner because the product information on the TeemDrop platform may change at any time according to the actual situation. At the same time, TeemDrop shall not be liable for any malfunctions arising therefrom.
(2) Review Import: You can import product reviews from TeemDrop into y our authorized store. However, TeemDrop has no obligation to review the authenticity and accuracy of the imported reviews, and the user shall bear the legal consequences arising therefrom.
(3) Product Connection: You can link your store products with TeemDrop products. Once connected, you are responsible for promptly updating the product information in your store, as TeemDrop platform's product details may change at any time based on actual circumstances. Please note that TeemDrop will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from such changes.
Order Fulfillment:
You can ship the products to TeemDrop, and TeemDrop will process and ship your products.
Shipping Service:
TeemDrop ships products with tracking information to users. For more details, please refer to the following shipping services.
Global Warehousing:
TeemDrop provides you with global warehouses, offering local warehouses and private inventories.
POD (Print on Demand) Service:
TeemDrop can print products according to your POD requirements. Except for quality issues, such customized products will not be returned or resent.
Customized Packaging:
TeemDrop provides you with customized packaging. Except for quality issues, customized packaging products will not be abandoned or resent.
Affiliates:
You can register to become a partner of TeemDrop.

V. Fees on TeemDrop

TeemDrop provides you with free services, except for the fees explicitly stated by TeemDrop (such as withdrawal fees), even though providing such services incurs huge costs for TeemDrop. If TeemDrop charges you reasonable fees in the future, TeemDrop will take reasonable measures in advance and notify you through legal procedures within a reasonable period to fully guarantee your right to choose.

You can enjoy the following free services: downloading the TeemDrop application, browsing the TeemDrop website, registering on TeemDrop with a consumption bill, listing products to your store for free, and connecting products from your store to TeemDrop. TeemDrop promises that we will not charge any additional fees for using TeemDrop products. When you place an order and use certain specified services, TeemDrop will charge you fees.

Specifically, it includes but is not limited to product fees and shipping fees, video and photo shooting fees, customized packaging fees, private inventory (prepaid product fees), procurement pricing fees (for increased procurement quantities), supplier service fees, and quality inspection fees for order fulfillment.

Due to system instability and system updates during shutdown, there may be errors in order amount calculation or order status update. For amount errors, TeemDrop can trace back the amount and is obliged to refund the miscalculated amount; for order status update errors, TeemDrop will resolve them within 1-2 working days.

VI. Recharge

Credit Recharge: TeemDrop provides a recharge service. You can use the TeemDrop wallet on TeemDrop to pay for orders or other services.
Recharge Currency: You can only recharge with US dollars.
Bonuses: When you recharge a certain amount, TeemDrop will provide the following bonuses (the following bonus policies may change, subject to TeemDrop's latest announcements):
(1) US Dollar Recharge:
For 0 - 4,999.99 US dollars, there is a 0.5% bonus.
For 5,000.00 - 9,999.99 US dollars, there is a 0.8% bonus.
For 10,000.00 - 49,999.99 US dollars, there is a 1% bonus.
For 50,000.00 US dollars or more, there is a 2% bonus.
Cash Withdrawal:
Withdrawals can only be settled in US dollars. TeemDrop will prepay 3% of the withdrawal amount as a service fee each time. The transaction usually takes 1 to 5 working days.
Note: If the withdrawal is converted from other currencies to US dollars, the exchange rate shall be subject to the real-time exchange rate. The user shall bear part of the losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations during the withdrawal process.
Withdrawal Method: TeemDrop supports balance withdrawal, and the balance will be returned to your original payment account within 1-5 working days, including but not limited to Payoneer accounts, PayPal accounts, and other accounts.
Recharge Method: TeemDrop only supports Payoneer recharge and telegraphic transfer.
Balance: When the wallet balance is greater than the order amount, your balance can be carried over; if there is a remaining balance, the balance of the current year will be refunded to your wallet balance.

VII. Shipping Service

Shipping Instructions: You can choose an appropriate shipping method when placing an order. TeemDrop mainly provides shipping methods, including YunExpress, DHL, and other shipping methods. You understand that different shipping methods may have different shipping fees and delivery times. You can choose an appropriate shipping method according to TeemDrop's shipping calculation.
Prepayment of Shipping Fees: When you place an order, TeemDrop will charge you for shipping cost. However, considering the differences in estimated weight, product volume, and other factors, the shipping fees of TeemDrop are only estimated costs for reference, and the actual shipping fees shall prevail. If the actual shipping fees exceed the prepaid shipping fees due to differences in the weight and volume of the goods, TeemDrop may ask you to make up the difference in shipping fees.
Remote Countries: For some packages shipped to remote countries and regions, you may sometimes not have tracking information. These remote countries only provide slow postal shipping with limited flight schedules. Therefore, most packages will be waiting for flights at the destination station during transportation without any tracking information. If the buyer does not receive the goods, please contact the local post office first. You cannot further inquire about or urge the tracking information found on third-party websites. If a dispute arises, please refer to and read the relevant policies, which will be important reference information for resolving the dispute.
Customs Clearance: In some remote countries, customs clearance may be difficult and slow, including but not limited to: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Nicaragua, Eswatini, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Pakistan, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana. If a dispute occurs, please read and refer to the subsequent policies, which will be important references for the dispute.
Tracking the Shipment: Track the shipping information through the tracking websites provided by cinus TeemDrop or other third-party websites. For some remote countries, the shipping information cannot be tracked in a timely manner. Please contact the local post office for more information.
Price Changes: TeemDrop will change the shipping fees regularly or in real-time according to the prices of third-party carriers. Once the shipping fees are changed, you will be notified by email or system notification, and you can check the shipping fees on TeemDrop's shipping calculation.
Oversized Products: Oversized products refer to products whose volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight. It can be calculated on TeemDrop's shipping calculation.

Shipping Fee Differences: Due to the characteristics of the products, there may be differences between the actual weight and the system weight after packaging. If the product is too large, TeemDrop may charge additional shipping fees based on the volumetric weight. You will need to make up the difference in shipping fees.

Reshipment: If the product is returned to the sender or the carrier due to your own reasons (such as incorrect address, inability to be contacted, etc.), TeemDrop will notify you in advance, and when the carrier provides the reshipment service, you may be required to pay the reshipment fee. Otherwise, you will bear the losses.
Short-Term Fees: To ensure the normal fulfillment of orders, when your package is shipped to certain remote countries, TeemDrop may charge additional short-term fees.
TeemDrop shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of the package due to the following reasons:
(1) Force Majeure: "Force Majeure" refers to unforeseeable objects or accidents that cannot be predicted, controlled, or initially investigated, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, storms, heavy fog, and weather forecasts; protests, terrorist incidents, traffic accidents, amendments to laws, regulations, policies, acts, decisions, or orders of government or judicial authorities; violent crimes such as robberies.
(2) Damage caused by the natural characteristics, inherent defects, or fatigue of the goods.
(3) Delay in receiving the goods or failure to deliver the goods due to the customer's own reasons. If the package cannot be delivered due to the customer's own reasons, such as failure to contact the customer or incorrect delivery address, TeemDrop will provide a free warehousing service, and the overseas carrier will provide free warehousing. You should contact TeemDrop in a timely manner to make an appointment for picking up the goods and bear the additional costs incurred. If the package cannot be delivered after the free warehousing period, TeemDrop may dispose of the package, and your payment will not be refunded.

VIII. Email and Notifications

TeemDrop will provide you with automatic notifications and emails. If you do not receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by TeemDrop.
Emails and notifications include information such as marketing, changes in shipping fees, product recommendations, and account changes. TeemDrop shall not be liable for any losses caused by not reading the emails or notifications.

IX. Your Rights and Obligations

You should ensure that you use TeemDrop services in a reasonable manner and accept this agreement and other policies, rules, and announcements issued by TeemDrop at the appropriate time.

You should acknowledge that you will use the TeemDrop platform and TeemDrop services within the specified scope, and you shall not use the TeemDrop platform to engage in the following activities:
(1) You shall not use TeemDrop services without authorization or use TeemDrop services maliciously.
(2) You should ensure that during the use of TeemDrop services, you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices, and social and public ethics, and you will not use the services provided by TeemDrop to store, distribute, or publish any of the following information and content:
A. Endangering national security (of China and other countries), disrupting national unity and social stability;
B. Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
C. Disseminating pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terrorist content;
D. Illegal advertisements, marketing information, or spam. At the same time, you cannot set a username containing the above content and information.
(3) You shall not use TeemDrop to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as intellectual property rights, the right of portrait, the right to privacy, the right to reputation, and personal information;
(4) You shall not maliciously fabricate or assist in fabricating facts, comments, and other information or data;
(5) You should ensure that you will not use the services provided by TeemDrop to engage in any illegal acts or endanger computer network security, including but not limited to:
A. Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
B. Do not allow access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems, and delete, modify, or add stored information;
C. Any unauthorized attempt to detect, scan, or test the vulnerabilities in software systems or networks, or any act that undermines network security;
D. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of software systems or websites, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that damage or disrupt normal network information services;
E. Establishing TCP/IP packet names or component names;
F. Using the platform and services to upload any viruses, Trojans, worms, or other content harmful to network security.
(6) Without permission, you shall not conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, adaptation, translation, or attempt to discover the source code of TeemDrop, or create derivative works based on all or any part of TeemDrop. At the same time, you shall not delete the modified content or labels on TeemDrop or TeemDrop documents, or delete other declared software together with TeemDrop mock;
(7) You shall not use plugins and/or take advantage of program vulnerabilities to obtain benefits.
Without our written permission, you shall not engage in any of the following acts, or authorize, allow, or assist any third party to engage in the following acts on TeemDrop:
(1) Copying, reading, and adopting the information content on TeemDrop for any form of commercial purpose;
(2) Editing, organizing, and presenting the information content of TeemDrop and related services without authorization, and displaying it on channels other than the source page of TeemDrop and related services;
(3) Using inappropriate methods or assisting third parties to generate data streams, read or trade guidance, transmit, hijack, or have other adverse impacts on the platform content and related services.

X. Partner

The risks of using TeemDrop services shall be borne by you. The services are provided "as is" and "available", without any express, implied, or default warranties or conditions. TeemDrop does not guarantee that our services will not be interrupted, delayed, risky, or error-free.
We will manage a comprehensive and complex trading system, and at the same time, apply and form optimized third-party services such as logistics, payment, and delivery, thereby promoting business transactions and improving the user experience. You establish a legal relationship unrelated to TeemDrop with the above-mentioned third-party services.
