Step 1: Initiate Top-Up

• Go to My TeemDrop > My Wallet
• Click the [Top Up] button

Step 2: Enter Amount & Confirm

• Minimum Amount:

• Business: $100 USD
• Personal: $20 USD

• Enter your desired amount and click [Submit]

Step 3: Complete Bank Transfer

• Copy the provided bank account details
• Initiate the transfer from your bank

Please note that the payee information for transfers between business accounts and personal accounts is different.

Step 4: Submit Payment Proof

1. Return to the Top Up page
2. Fill in necessary information and submit the payment screenshot.
3. Upload your payment receipt/Transfer Voucher

Processing Time: 1-3 business days for funds to reflect in our account.

Important:
